About us...

Salt+Sol is the first Salt Therapy room in the Stateline area! Our mission is healing, rejuvenating, and energizing the mind, body and soul. We are Salty Sisters, born and raised in Northern Illinois Stateline. We discovered Salt Therapy while on vacation together. We were intrigued on how Salt Therapy could help our family. Thrilled with the benefits and the overall good feeling we received when going to salt rooms and the fact that there wasn't a facility within 2 hours of home, we started planning to start our business.

We're excited to be able to offer our community a natural, holistic option for overall wellness. Halotherapy, also known as Salt Therapy has many healing benefits. Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Salt Therapy is excellent for respiratory care, anxiety, depression, allergies, sinus infections, skin conditions, and so much more!

COVID-19 Highlights

We know how beneficial Salt Therapy is & how important it is to maintain a wellness routine. Our number one priority is the well-being of our clients and we will continue to ensure a safe environment for all. We are implementing the use of ultra-violet lights to kill bacteria and viruses between sessions & until further notice, all Salt Sessions will be private. For touch-free service, you may book your appointment online, fill out required forms, and make payment prior to your session. We want to assure you that we will continue to provide a safe, holistic environment to...just breathe.
